Software Project Management Scrum

This course is an introduction to the processes and practices of managing software projects and teams. Students will become familiar with their role and responsibilities on a software team, along with the stages of the software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Students gain knowledge in both traditional Waterfall management methods as well as Agile software development. The concepts learned in this module will prepare students to manage their group project as an Agile software team.
